This site has one form. This page explains what happens to what you type into it, and what else the site does or does not collect while you read.

From the partnership enquiry form: your first and last name, your firm's name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about your clients. All of it is optional in the sense that you can simply not send the form; all of it is required if you do.

Submitted alongside it, by our server rather than by you: the IP address the request came from, your browser's user-agent string, the page URL including any campaign parameters, and the time of submission. We use these to attribute the enquiry to the outreach that prompted it and to stop automated abuse of the form.

We record that you ticked the consent box, and when. That record is our evidence that we were allowed to store the rest.

We reply to you. The submission is passed to our customer relationship management system so that whoever answers has your details in front of them. That is the whole purpose, and the legal basis is your consent, given on the form.

We do not add you to a marketing list, enrol you in an email sequence, or pass your details to any third party for their own use.

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics tag, and carries no social or advertising pixel. Campaign parameters are held in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit and are discarded when you close the tab.

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page views and measure loading performance. It does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites.

Nothing you send us here is used to contact any client of your firm.

Enquiries are retained in our CRM for as long as the partnership conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick it back up if you return. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@finvisor.com and we will action it within 30 days.
